"As a runner in my 60s my main goal is to be able to run for as many more years as possible, That means avoiding injury--but I also want to get better. I met Peter Guare at a trail race last year. He took the time to show me a few "dynamic" stretches and talked a little about the philosophy behind his training program. I went to class the next week and it was a revelation. I've practiced yoga for years, but Ki- Hara has added strength and focus. Because of Peter's training, I feel stronger and more focused. And when the inevitable happened this year - an attack of sciatica - Peter's stretching techniques brought relief and recovery.
