All summer I suffered from lower back pain after working in the garden -- which I like to do often. I'm 65 years old and have been worried that I would need to curtail some physical activities because of moderate arthritis. After just four classes with Peter, the pain is gone. I no longer have to deal with two days of pain and stiffness after picking beans! Also, I find Peter is fun to work with -- a nice guy with a twinkle in his eye...
