As a 75+ year old male who was in marginal physical condition, I want to thank you for your excellent program. After 5 weeks I continue to improve my breathing on an ongoing basis. I notice a significant improvement in my balance and flexibility. as well as the strength in my arms and legs. I had slight issues with my left wrist and right knee from injuries back about 40 years ago and the specific exercises you demonstrated have improved them, too. I would and do recommend your program for people who want to improve their lives at any age.
