Greetings All,

For Peter and you Meridian Method vets out there,

This summer I attended the 9am Sat. class and was provided the home handout with about 16 exercises on it. Modifications were made to some in class.
I have a couple of questions about movement details with exercises.

A)The #10 exercise involves pulling your knee to your chest and pressing down with the opposite foot that remains on the floor. My question is...when the knee goes down should we resist with our hands.

B)The #7 exercise involves facing the back of a chair with your hands on it before leaning down with head between arms. My question is...are we supposed to resist when we pull ourselves back up?

-Thanks
David P.

Dave: in regards to A) you push your knee down to the floor with your hands while you resist with your knee. For B) you do resist when you pull yourself back to the start position.
