Emotional Freedom Technique® is a form of energy psychology refined from TFT, or Thought Field Therapy. It utilizes tapping procedures at different energy meridian points along with verbal and mental imaging to resolve energy disruptions in the body that produce negative emotions and resulting physical ailments. It is generally quite gentle and effective on a variety of issues, both emotional and physical. Even better, the client learns the technique and is encouraged to use it on his or her own, as the need arises. Sports performance, food cravings, business decisions, stress management, defusing traumatic experiences and pain reduction are some of the areas where I have had great success. Bring your favorite food craving and I'll show you how to easily control it in one session, guaranteed. If I don't, you will get a free mind/body massage and infrared sauna session. The same offer is available for many sports issues. Take strokes off your golf game, improve tennis shots, raise your foul shot percentage..the list goes on. You work hard to be your best. Now your best can be even better, easily. Very easily, because this works wonderfully over the phone.

"My husband and I were smokers for 35 years. Thanks to Human HyperFormance, we've reached our goal of becoming NON-SMOKERS." Karen Goldston

"Mr. Guare helped me a great deal in my track and field career. Once I finally listened to what he was saying and the knowledge he was trying to give, I have grown quickly. The advice he has given me has not only helped me in track but in my life. He has given me the tools to become the best I can be; to use all my potential. I am grateful to him for all he has done. Mr. Guare has not only helped me physically but has gotten me over my biggest barrier, my mind."
Rachel Oakes, NCAA Division 1 New England States Indoor Track 200 Meter Champion, 2003

"My senior year is where I really began to excel. Mr. Guare went out of his way to help me, and that he sure did accomplish. He taught me his tapping technique that could be used anywhere at anytime, and could really help you not only in Track, but in many areas of life.
This technique brought a new level of focus to me and increased my flexibility quickly. After only a week or two of using this technique, I found myself at an Invitational sporting ugly weather. Before all of my races, I used the tapping technique, and I focused on winning. That meet I accomplished something I had never done before, I won three gold medals. All the while Mr. Guare also helped me tremendously with my hurdle form.
I became a Sectional Champion in the 110 Meter High Hurdles with the help of Mr. Guare. The whole season we had actually been training Hurdles for the Pentathlon that I would hope to compete in at the NYS Championship meet. Mr. Guare helped me so much with hurdles that it improved my time enough to add enough points to my Pentathlon score to break the School record for the pentathlon.
My score allowed me to compete at the state meet, and I placed 5th at States in the Pentathlon and couldn't have done it without Mr. Guare. The thing is, all the while I was using the tapping and steadily improving. Mr. Guare's techniques helped me gain a winning mentality. I was eventually able to use the tapping technique mentally during my 1500 race in the pentathlon and I was more relaxed and focused than ever, beating my PR from the previous year by 17 seconds.
Thank you so much Mr. Guare for turning a good High School experience into the most treasured time in my entire life."
Sincerely,
Mike Tamul

“My daughter is a senior in high school and is a three-sport athlete. At the beginning of her basketball season, she was having a lot of trouble not only shooting 3-point baskets but regular 2-point field goals as well. As the season progressed, she became progressively nervous and anxious before and during games. Eventually this eroded her confidence level, and it became apparent that her poise on the court was also diminishing.

After explaining her problem to Mr. Guare the day before an impending game, he led her through a tapping and mental imaging routine. He promised that if she followed this routine faithfully, she would see a sharp increase in her shooting percentage. He cautioned her that the results might not happen overnight, but gradually she would gain back confidence and her shots would begin to fall.

The routine consisted of him saying various sentences followed by her repeating them. In combination with this verbal part of the routine, she would simultaneously tap various pressure points. These points were located on her arm, body and face. She was able to relax and picture herself shooting the ball and making shots. In the first game following this procedure, she knocked down 14 points. This became a season high for her.

It became immediately apparent that the routine that he led her through had some dramatic effects. She seemed to be more relaxed as the season went on and true to form her shooting percentage increased. As a coach of almost 25 years and a teacher of 27, this is one of the most effective techniques I have ever observed. I have preached positive mental imaging to the athletes I have personally coached, and have seen some positive results. But never in my experience have I seen a system that combines mental imaging, positive talk and the physical pressure points to yield such dramatic results."

To Who It May Concern,

It is a pleasure to write a letter regarding my experience working with Peter Guare in his unique approach to health and wellness. As health coordinator for the district, I have the opportunity to speak and work with many individuals in the field of health and wellness. Peter’s approach to stretching, breathing, relaxing and overall wellness is unique but most importantly, it is effective.

Students benefit from the instruction and practice provided by Peter in his stretching and breathing regimen. Even those who are hesitant to try a new method find his recommendations helpful. His most successful stories with students in school focus on the relief from school and athletic-related stress. I have invited him in regularly to introduce his program to students in the Health Education classes.

I have benefited personally from Mr. Guare’s course in stretching and exercise. His class is both relaxing and challenging. I have found the stretching exercises work synergistically with the fitness routine that I do several times each week.

I encourage anyone who wishes to increase flexibility, build strength and improve overall fitness to try Peter Guare’s stretching exercise class.
Sincerely,
Patricia A. Tammar
Health Coordinator
