The Seven Steps to Permanent Fatloss Coaching Program will tip the scales in your favor by providing you with weapons to attack fat from every angle, including meal plans, meal timing, how to eat WHATEVER you're eating for fatloss, the 30 minute exercise program that will burn calories even when you're NOT doing it, why stress and fat are best friends, how to break up with both of them, and more.
We'll meet at 7 PM Tuesday (starting 4/13) or Thursday (4/15) evenings for an hour; with 8-8:30 available for those who need troubleshooting. The first 30 minutes will be devoted to incorporating the non-exercise components, including nutrition (with meal plans) and stress reduction. The next 30 will be our "Do Anywhere, Anytime Fatburning Workout" incorporating not only Resistance Stretching but also other highly effective exercises. Oh, by the way, we'll deal with your pain and limitation issues too. The program will run for 4 weeks and cost $99.
